Hands-On Driving Experience – Real Trucks, Real Roads

After completing your online training, you'll move on to practical, behind-the-wheel instruction. Training is conducted in Class A vehicles under DOT and FMCSA guidelines. You'll master:

Backing, turning, and shifting

Navigating city streets, highways, and rural routes

Lane changes, intersection control, and safe merging

Our certified instructors work closely with you to ensure you're confident and capable on the road.

CDL Testing & Licensing Requirements

Once training is complete, you’ll be ready to take your Class A CDL skills test, which includes:

Pre-trip vehicle inspection

Basic vehicle control

On-road driving evaluation

To qualify, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (21 for interstate driving)

  • Hold a valid driver’s license

  • Pass a DOT physical exam

  • Complete written knowledge and skills tests
