Refund and Cancellation Policy
DJH Express National Training Academy strives to provide exceptional educational experiences and understands that circumstances may require you to change your plans. This policy outlines our terms for refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling for our paid training courses.

Eligibility for Refunds or Cancellations:

Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled start date of the training course.

Cancellations received after the seven-day notice period or after the course has started may not be eligible for refunds but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Timeline for Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your request.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Rescheduling Courses:

Requests to reschedule must be received at least five (5) business days before the scheduled start date.

Approval for rescheduling depends on course availability and is subject to DJH Express National Training Academy's discretion.
